DJ & PHOTO BOOTH PRICING
The Base DJ Package
Every DJ package includes the following:
Up to six (6) hours of continuous music (can be used for cocktail/dinner all the way through reception)
Professional DJ and emcee to handle all your special dances and formalities
The Basic Dance Light Package
A Wireless Mic for use during dinner for speeches, prayer, etc.
24/7/365 access to the Client Center for planning your event
Standard Set/Up, Tear/Down, and travel to your venue anywhere within 100 miles of Milwaukee (see below for travel & set-up fees)
The "Basic" Dance Light Package
Truly, there's nothing "basic" about it. Our standard dance light package consists of intelligent LED lights, managed by the DJ in real time.
The Basic Dance Light Package consists of at least four different dance light effects, that produce multi-colored effects and are in use primarily during the dancing portion of the evening.
The lights are typically mounted to a tripod, and placed next to the DJ table.
The determining factors for upgrading dance lights are:

** EVENT MUST BE IN A BANQUET HALL/RESTAURANT OR SIMILAR; NO PRIVATE RESIDENCES, OUTDOOR VENUES, RENOVATED BARNS, ETC. **
Discounts available: $50 non-Saturday discount; $50 off-season discount (discounts can be combined; off-season defined as events November-April; not all non-Saturdays or off-season dates will qualify for discount.)
There are several add-on services available. Pricing is the same for all days/events.
Extra hours - $75 per hour if booked in advance; $100 the night-of
Uplighting - $225 for partial room uplighting (up to twelve fixtures); $445 for full room uplighting ( up to twenty-four fixtures)
Custom monogram light - $125 for a basic monogram, displayed on dance floor or wall; $225 for enhanced projector for head-table or large displays
Enhanced Dance Light Package - $150 for additional tripod with more effects
Truss Dance Light Package - $400 for custom straight or box truss up to 10'; $125 per 6' after first 10'
Travel & Set-up fees - Call for rates if your event is outside the Greater Metropolitan Milwaukee area. Expectation is that DJ will have lodging and secure storage of equipment for events more than 100 miles from Milwaukee. Travel and set-up charges are custom to that particular event/instance. In the case of difficult or restricted set-ups, a set-up fee may apply. We take pride in keeping these fees at $0 whenever possible.
Photo Booth & Photo Booth Upgrades
You can either add the photo booth on to your DJ package, or rent it separately.
All photo booth packages include an attendant, two (2) 4x6 prints, a free backdrop, and a set of basic props-on-sticks.
You will also receive a thumb drive at the end of the night containing all the images, in JPEG format.
The time-frame for the photo booth is four (4) hours, with three (3) active-use hours and one (1) downtime hour.
Delivery, set-up, tear-down, and take-away all included.
The pricing (same for all days) is as follows:
$450 as an add-on to your DJ package; $695 if not using our DJ service
$50 for automatic 3x prints; $90 for automatic 4x prints
$75 per extra active hour, $40 per inactive hour; extra time MUST be booked in advance (no extra time can be added that night to photo booth service)
Social Media Package - $75 to add a separate iPad posting station with dedicated hotspot internet access - add a custom hashtag for posting directly to Facebook, text instantly, make a free duplicate print, and more
Ceremony Music Add-On
Ceremony music is available as an add-on to our DJ service only, and cannot be booked independently. All ceremony packages are MANNED, meaning your DJ will be working the music, microphone volumes, etc. Your ceremony package includes its own time frame, and you do not need to add extra hours to your DJ package to account for ceremony time.
All ceremony packages include:
90 minutes of continuous time, plus set-up and tear-down
Two (2) wireless microphones - one (1) lavaliere and one (1) handheld, and one (1) mic stand
An easy-to-use worksheet added to your profile on the Client Center for your music selections, order of events, and more
Ceremony Package Add-Ons
Onsite, outdoor - $25 extra if DJ set-up is within 25' of building; $50 if between 25' and 50'; $75 if between 50' and 75' (call for pricing for longer distances)
Offsite, indoor/outdoor - $75 extra within 15 miles of venue (call for pricing for longer distances)
Additional time - $50 per half-hour
What we don't provide
- Screen/projector rental (we can almost always hook your projector sound into our system and play your sound through the main DJ system)
- Gas generator for outdoor/offsite power needs
- Mic for use by guests during dance (to take on dance floor or sing along to)
- Mic to be "passed around room" during dinner (we will gladly hook-up and manage your personal or rented unit to our system, or we can set up a corded mic on a mic stand in a fixed location, for an additional charge)
- Photo album for photo booth (you may absolutely bring your own, and our attendant will help manage it)
- Expanded props for photo booth (feel free to bring in anything you'd like to supplement the props-on-sticks already included, and our attendant will help keep them organized, etc.)
